In this class, we will show you how to make Brioche Raspberry Buns, Cinnamon espresso Morning Buns, Cookie Dough Brioche Rolls – Approximately 3 hours
PLATED DESSERTS – Wednesday September 25, 2024 @ 6pm
Plated desserts -In this class, we will be making Raspberry Mousse with a Chocolate basket, Chocolate Mousse Bomb, and Pavlova. We will show you how to present them and make them pretty on your plate to wow your guests – Approximately 3 hours

101 CAKE DECORATING – Wednesday October 16, 2024 @ 6pm
Do you feel intimidated to cut, fill and decorate your cake? In this class we will show you the basics of beginners’ cake decorating. Make your own buttercream and decorate your cake, we will show you tips on how to make it smooth and perfect, as well as piping technics like Rosettes, Shells, and Scrolls – Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours
ITALIAN NIGHT – Wednesday October 23, 2024 @ 6pm – PRIVATE GROUP CLASS
BREADS – Saturday October 26, 2024 @ 9am
In this class, we will show you how to make a White Bread which we like to call it “showcase white bread” not just a plain round bread but you will show you how to score it and have a design on it, Stuffed Individual Rolls and Cinnamon Bread – Approximately 3 hours
FRENCH MACARONS- Wednesday October 30, 2024 @ 6pm
If you already know how to make Macarons, you can still come to this class and learn our tricks and shortcuts to make the whole process faster. We will show you how to not Dry Macarons and make the Macaronage stage in the mixer. If you have never made them, you will learn how to make them fast and the right way so every time you have the perfect Macaron. You will learn how to make the batter, Pipe, Bake, and Fill them. We will Demo how to make a fruit white chocolate ganache as well – Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours

PARTY BREADS – Saturday November 9, 2024 @ 9am
In this class, we will show you how to make Focaccia, Puff Pastry Swirls, Nutella Swirls and a Pesto Swirl – Approximately 3 hours
GIFT BOX FONDANT CAKE – November 13, 2024 @ 6pm
In this class we will be cutting, filling and masking our cake. Cover your cake in fondant and decorate it so it resembles a Gift Box. Make your own modeling chocolate bows. – Approximately 3 to 3 ½ hours
PIES – November 20, 2024 @ 6pm
In this class, we will show you how to make a Frangipane Tart, a Peach Pie with pastry cream, and Apple Pie (Amsterdam Style) – Approximately 3 hours

COCKTAIL PARTY COOKIES – Wednesday December 4, 2024 @ 6pm
In this class, we will be making Mexican Wedding Cookies, Chocolate Flourless Cookies, Greek Cookies, and Kruidnoten Cookies – Approximately 3 hours
GLUTEN FREE NIGHT – Wednesday December 11, 2024 @ 6pm
In this class, we will show you how to make a White Bread, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Coconut Macaroons and Almond Cookies – Approximately 3 hours
